The leg wax was a brilliant success and has so far netted me £155.83 (with about £65 left to collect from sponsors who haven’t paid yet). In the end five “100% willing volunteers” took part: myself, Mr Berridge, Mr Howell, Mr Hanley and Mr Evans.
I’d like to say a massive, massive thank you to everyone who donated, everyone who came along to watch and especially to everyone who joined me on stage to have their legs waxed in the name of charity.
