UPDATE: My bag has arrived undamaged!
After something close to 10 hours in the airport and a 2-hour night flight, we all arrived in Guyana in the early hours of the morning (local time). Sadly, our luggage didn’t.
Of the 22 volunteers, 1 received their bag. 17 more are now in a bus headed to our flat, but 4 people are still without possessions. Will update when I have some more news.
Progress has been made on the Traveller’s Guide list – when I can get to a real computer (I’m posting from my phone) I’ll upload some pictures.
